Welcome to BeeSync. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website. They also apply to our online store and technology services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing from, registering with, or using BeeSync, you accept and agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About BeeSync

BeeSync provides AI-powered beehive monitoring technology, smart hive hardware, software subscriptions, and related products and services. Our Services include:

  • Sale of hives, hardware, and accessories through our online store.
  • Subscription-based data analytics and monitoring.
  • Shipping, delivery, and support services.
  • Educational and informational resources for beekeepers.

2. Eligibility & Legal Capacity

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • By using BeeSync, you confirm that you have legal authority to enter into binding contracts.

3. Account Registration

  • Certain Services require creating a BeeSync account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

4. Ordering & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in Armenian Dram (AMD) and include applicable Armenian taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order.
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, local banking partners). BeeSync does not store payment card details.
  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to the countries listed during checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary by region and customs.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
  • Import duties, taxes, and fees outside Armenia are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • You may return eligible physical products within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging.
  • Digital services and subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, unless required by law.
  • Subscription renewals may be canceled before the renewal date.

7. Use of Services

You agree not to:

  • Misuse BeeSync technology or services.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit BeeSync’s intellectual property.
  • Violate applicable laws when using our Services.
  • Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All BeeSync content, software, hardware designs, and branding are the exclusive property of BeeSync Technologies.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

9. User Data & Privacy

  • By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You retain ownership of your data but grant BeeSync a limited license to use it to provide and improve Services.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Products are covered by statutory warranties as required by Armenian law.
  • Except as required by law, Services are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties.
  • BeeSync does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeeSync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • BeeSync’s maximum liability is limited. It shall not exceed the total amount you paid in AMD. This applies to the product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BeeSync and its affiliates. This applies to any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the Services. It also applies to any violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
  • Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

14. Amendments

BeeSync may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
