At BeeSync Technologies, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. This Refund & Returns Policy describes when you can request a refund. It also explains how to initiate a return or cancellation for products and services purchased through BeeSync.


1. Physical Products (Hives, Hardware, Accessories)

a) Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@beesync.co with your order details.

b) Refunds

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund. It will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued in Armenian Dram (AMD) only.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

c) Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software packages or digital licenses.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

2. Digital Services & Subscriptions

a) Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions (e.g., AI monitoring, analytics) are billed in advance.
  • You may cancel a subscription anytime before the renewal date to avoid further charges.
  • Active subscription periods are non-refundable once started, unless required by law.

b) Digital Products

  • Digital downloads, activation keys, and cloud services are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos or proof of damage.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipping.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return as per section 1.

5. International Orders

  • Customers outside Armenia are responsible for return shipping costs, customs, and import duties.
  • Refunds will be issued in AMD, and currency exchange differences are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Exceptions (Legal Compliance)

  • EU customers: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases. This does not apply to digital services once delivered/activated.
  • Armenian customers: Returns and refunds comply with RA consumer protection laws.

We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
