Role overview
You’ll own day‑to‑day administration and coordination between hardware, production, and business teams — including meetings and webinars with partners.
What you’ll do
- Front‑office administration, scheduling, and travel support.
- Basic bookkeeping support (invoices, receipts, expense tracking).
- Procurement and inventory coordination with the hardware team.
- HR coordination: job postings, candidate scheduling, onboarding docs.
- Vendor, courier, and event coordination (meetups, expos).
- Participate in internal meetings, webinars, and partner communications.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in administrative or operations roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent organization with spreadsheets & document tools (Google Workspace/MS Office).
- Comfort with fast‑moving startup environments.
- Bonus: basic accounting, ERP/CRM familiarity (e.g., ERPNext, Zoho).
