Every idea begins with a spark. Ours started in a small Armenian village.

A close friend had left the country for work. In his absence, his grandfather tended to their family’s hives. That year, an unseen infection entered the colonies. By the end of the season, all 48 hives were lost. The honey harvest was gone. The bees were gone. The grandfather was devastated.

When he told us this story, his words stuck with us. He asked: “Couldn’t technology help prevent this?”

That question became our calling.

We realized that traditional beekeeping, though rooted in wisdom, often relies on guesswork. Diseases spread silently inside hives, stressors build unnoticed, and by the time beekeepers see the signs, it’s often too late.

We knew the answer was not to replace the beekeeper but to give them better eyes and ears. With smart sensors, AI analysis, and simple mobile tools, we could make the invisible visible. We could give beekeepers early warnings. We could save bees.

BeeSync was born in a village. It did not originate in a lab. It emerged from the real struggles of real people who love their bees.
