Role overview

You’ll own day‑to‑day administration and coordination between hardware, production, and business teams — including meetings and webinars with partners.

What you’ll do

  • Front‑office administration, scheduling, and travel support.
  • Basic bookkeeping support (invoices, receipts, expense tracking).
  • Procurement and inventory coordination with the hardware team.
  • HR coordination: job postings, candidate scheduling, onboarding docs.
  • Vendor, courier, and event coordination (meetups, expos).
  • Participate in internal meetings, webinars, and partner communications.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in administrative or operations roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organization with spreadsheets & document tools (Google Workspace/MS Office).
  • Comfort with fast‑moving startup environments.
  • Bonus: basic accounting, ERP/CRM familiarity (e.g., ERPNext, Zoho).
