At BeeSync, we believe that the foundation of powerful AI is high-quality data, and high-quality data starts with exceptional hardware.
That’s why we don’t rely on third-party components or generic IoT kits.
Our sensors and electronics are fully custom-designed. Balians Technologies engineers them to capture the subtle, complex signals inside a beehive. This is done with unmatched precision.

Our hardware isn’t just an add-on — it’s the nervous system of the BeeSync platform.
Every sensor, circuit, and structure is purpose-built. They are designed to survive real apiary conditions. This design delivers the rich, clean data our AI needs. It enables the understanding of the health and behavior of bees in real time.

European-Certified Quality & Reliability

We are proud to share that BeeSync’s custom hardware has successfully passed European certification standards ✅.
This certification confirms that our devices meet strict safety regulations. They also meet electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and environmental performance regulations. These are required for distribution and operation across the European Union.

This achievement is more than a stamp of approval — it’s a signal of trust, quality, and international readiness.
Our technology isn’t just innovative — it’s built to global standards.

Designed to Understand the Hive

BeeSync Smart Hives integrate a network of strategically placed, industrial-grade sensors. These sensors continuously monitor what happens inside and around the hive. They do this without disturbing the bees.

We focus on the most meaningful data streams for bee health and colony activity:

  • Temperature & Humidity — Core indicators of brood health, colony comfort, and hive stability.
  • Weight Sensors (Load Cells) — Measure honey production, food reserves, and foraging activity.
  • Acoustic Sensors — Listen to the hive’s unique “buzz language,” picking up queen activity, swarming intent, or colony stress.
  • Weather Sensors — Provide external context, helping the AI make more accurate predictions.

Each sensor is carefully positioned to capture critical environmental and behavioral signals without disrupting the natural hive rhythm.

Engineered for Real-World Conditions

Beekeeping happens in the real world — not in labs.
Our custom hardware is built to handle diverse climates and rugged field conditions, from high-altitude mountain apiaries to sun-baked farmlands.

  • Enclosures are UV-resistant, moisture-sealed, and designed for proper ventilation.
  • Components are low-power and optimized for solar or battery operation.
  • Each unit is thoroughly field-tested through Armenia’s varying seasons to ensure reliability year-round.

This is not fragile tech. This is beekeeping-grade engineering, backed by European certification.

Offline First, Always Connected

We know that not every apiary has strong internet coverage.
That’s why BeeSync hardware can store data locally and sync automatically once a connection is available.

No data is lost. No colony goes unwatched.
Whether your hives are near a village or deep in the countryside, BeeSync keeps collecting the signals that matter.

Seamless Integration with BeeSync AI

Because BeeSync’s sensors and electronics are designed in-house alongside our AI, the two work in perfect harmony.

This gives us several key advantages:

  • Faster data processing with less noise
  • More accurate anomaly detection
  • Fewer false alerts thanks to optimized signal calibration
  • Continuous feedback loop between field data and AI model improvement

This tight integration is what gives BeeSync its unique edge: hardware and AI developed together, not bolted together.

Scalable for Beekeepers, Researchers & Commercial Farms

BeeSync’s sensor architecture is modular and scalable.
You might be a hobbyist with a few hives. Or you could be a commercial beekeeper with thousands of hives. Perhaps you are a research organization monitoring pollinator health. Our hardware can be tailored to your needs.

  • Small-Scale → Plug-and-play kits for individual hives.
  • Commercial → Multi-hive deployments with centralized dashboards.
  • Research → High-resolution data for academic and environmental studies.

Our goal is to make cutting-edge hive monitoring accessible to everyone — not just large farms or labs.

Secure by Design

Every data packet transmitted from BeeSync sensors is encrypted, ensuring that your hive data remains private and tamper-proof.
You own your data. Always.
BeeSync provides the tools — you keep the control.
